The case was won. 3) Lead Counsel for Bilfinger+Berger, a Multinational Construction company and has successfully recovered debts owed to it by debtors. 4) A member of the Team which successfully negotiated the purchase of the shares of Telekom Malaysia in Ghana Telecom. 5) A member of the legal defense team during the hearing of the National Reconciliation Commission in 2004. |
