Also provided legal advice in Ghana in collaboration with Wayne Egan of WeirFoulds LLP of Toronto for African Gold Group Inc. a Canadian Mining concern in their bid to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Extensive knowledge in immigration law and continues to manage the legal affairs including securing quotas for CME Ghana and AGG Ghana Ltd both Canadian companies in their prospecting operations.

Part of the legal team that represented Telecom Malaysia in their acquisition of 30% stake in Ghana telecom.

Part of the Ghana legal team which partnered Herbert Smith, Solicitors of the United Kingdom ,that represented Telecom Malaysia in the sale of their 30% stake in Ghana Telecom to the Government of Ghana.
