Recently provided Expert Witness testimony on Ghanaian Corporate and Investment law at The Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Hague. He has led Law Trust team advising on Ghana law in relation to several matters for international Corporates including on proposals for cross border linkages with neighbouring companies in energy, telecommnications , water and petroleum,. And also a $120 million US dollar Settlement of International Arbitration proceeding between the Government of Ghana and Telekom Malaysia. He continues to practise in the same areas of commercial law today. |
