Law Trust Company is a client oriented legal services firm in Accra established as an unlimited Company in 1993. The firm's practice focuses on modern Ghanaian business law and offers comprehensive advocacy and litigation service as well as consultation on all facets of Ghanaian business development law. The three (3) founding partners have all had extensive experience both on the non-legal and the legal side of corporate and commercial practice as well as wide experience in the public and private domain. While the Law Trust business support group has expanded its activities to include the provision of intellectual property services, and a tax advisory unit, the firm has also developed a strong presence in Rights Advocacy particulary in the area of gender, child rights, human and constitutional rights. Over the years we have developed and sustained a diversified client base to include individuals, companies and Institutions of high standing in all aspects of Ghanain business including finance, telecommunications, property development, natural resources, environmental, energy, construction and infrastrucral development, reputable international non-governmental organization (NGOs) in Ghana and internationally.

Law Trust Company has grown from its three founding partners to eleven (11) full-time professionals, four (4) part-timers, and seven (7) support staff, Law Trust Company offers a full range of services across the complete spectrum of legal practice in Ghana. Its diversified practice ranges from consulting and negotiation work with regard to business law and commercial project development, capital markets, corporate, environmental and natural resources law to litigation and rights advocacy.
